I had a somewhat unusual problem which the local Benz dealer had deemed “major surgery” with a cost to match– but Team Silver Star tackled it with ease and at a fraction of the cost that the MB dealer svc ctr had quoted. Manager Joseph Hall, Jr. is a seasoned Professional– who clearly hires only the best technicians– and is very friendly and knowledgeable; offered excellent recommendations for additional issues, but wasn’t at all “pushy” about any that that I declined. He personally COMMUNICATED every important aspect of my repair via e-mail and text (ie. IN WRITING) so that there were no “surprises”– SO rare in the private garage world! TWO THUMBS UP for ALL owners of older (ie. Off-Warranty) imports– especially Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Saab, or Jaguars of any age 🙂 I’ve also PURCHASED high-quality used cars from them in the past, and can vouch for their Sterling SALES approach, as well.
