Just last month, Beth Hall’s company – Tag & Title Service of Maryland – launched a new Chesapeake Bay license plate promotion to benefit the non-profit Chesapeake Bay Trust. She put real action behind the Hall’s philosophy of giving back.

On most days, you can find Joe Hall working hard behind his desk or on the service room floor as the longtime owner of Silver Star Service Center on South River Road in Edgewater.
But on one snowy day last week, Hall was sitting in a classroom, surrounded by 15 college students young enough to be his sons or daughters. Along with several other local businesspersons, Hall was at Anne Arundel Community College at the invitation of professor Bill Yuan. Yuan had invited Hall to campus to serve as a judge in a business class competition among several groups of students.

EDGEWATER, MD (Nov. 8, 2018) – Tag and Title Service of Maryland, a locally owned and operated small business in Edgewater, has launched a new Chesapeake Bay tag promotion this month, owner Beth Hall announced. Motorists can stop by the company’s offices at 24 Old South River Road 7-days-a-week to obtain the plates. Proceeds from the Bay plate will benefit the non-profit Chesapeake Bay Trust.
“As a small business based in Maryland, we are proud to be part of this Chesapeake Bay tag promotion,” Hall said. “In 2015, our company created a partnership, known as ‘Tag Agents for the Bay,’ to develop an additional resource for customers to receive their Bay plates. The tag agencies in Maryland are proud supporters.”
